Friday Fun Stuff

Happy Friday to you!

I hope everyone had a pleasant week. Mine started off well with the holiday and I got the Third Life: Taken books shipped out to the contest winners on Wednesday.   Let’s all cross our fingers that my daughter has an injury-free remainder of the year. She chipped both permanent front teeth earlier this summer, and at school on Tuesday fell over the edge of the slide (near the top). Thankfully, she didn’t suffer any permanent injury, and didn’t hit her head. It was a low slide in the kindergarten playground, but still, it’s always a moment of panic when the school calls and the first words are, “This is the school nurse….”

Hoping to chillax this weekend (see how young and hip I am? 😉 ) and of course avoid injury to anyone in the family. As we head into the weekend, here’s a funny clip from one of my favorite funny men, Jimmy Fallon. It’s Fallon and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine doing musical impressions.

Haha, I really, truly enjoyed that. Thanks for the morning laugh, RJ. Adam Levine won with the Michael Jackson and ‘Sesame Street’ although ‘Heads, Shoulders Knees and Toes’ was pretty good, lol. Jimmy Fallon’s Bob Dylan was pretty cool too.
